After that have a light and healthy breakfast, as start your meal with some dry fruits and a apple daily, as you already know that 1 apple daily keeps a doctor away.

Drink at least a cup of green tea in the evening, as it's a kind of detox drink for a body. It helps our body to get rid of extra fats and get rid of some harmful chemicals from the body.
